Come play with pattern at Wondering Time
In this hands-on printmaking workshop, you’ll carve your own 2" square stamp block and use it to create repeating designs on paper. We’ll explore simple shapes, positive and negative space, and how one small stamp can turn into bold, surprising patterns when printed in different directions.
This beginner-friendly workshop is all about carving, inking, experimenting, and letting repetition do the magic. No drawing or printmaking experience needed — just come ready to play with pattern and make some very cool paper pieces.
Your ticket includes a 2" carving block, use of all carving tools and inks, guided instruction, access to Wondering Time’s accent stamps for layering, and plenty of paper for experimenting with repeat patterns.
You’ll leave with your hand-carved stamp and a collection of original patterned prints — plus a fresh appreciation for the weirdly satisfying joy of repeat printing.
